Word as deity #1.

For example:

If one happens to find this picture incredibly cute (as I do), it bears interesting features to point out.

A dog and a kitten are smoochin'. The point is Aww.

Aww.

I completely encourage any individual who works using a computer into indulgent (yet nihilistic) kitten-pic grazing. That one is able and free to prevent oneself from throwing a computer out the window (Cubicle Freakout!!!) by the consumption of soul candy is proper social function in the vast and chilly digital commons that we share. The changes in language, the nature of friendship, and the spiritual, emotional basis of humanity itself are being rewritten in front of our very eyes. The kitten is exhibiting it's most affectionate behavior indiscriminately. The dog is patient, forlorn, and generous. The Eskimo Kiss is a meme learned from the mother. It is universal. It's what stands between us and chaos.
Aww.
Aww, goddammit.
We all deserve Aww.

The outlets for Aaw were one can, in a sense, walk up to an image and splash some words on it, or see what other people are splashing are social and highly casual. There is a palpable beat to the form of expression. You don't ever have to know whose idea it was. That's not the point; the idea is more like building sandcastles or tagging. "Eskimo Kiss x x x" just doesn't mean quite as much on the written page. The picture free from the text is prosaic. The combination of the two is where the magic lives. The variety of digital interactions using Aww that we have, consciously, unconsciously, hell, subconsciously?! over fleeting images are unlike anything people have ever been able to experience in the past. Teenagers and seniors have common ground over Aww. We can communicate on such a basic level with bits of practical art that may simply go poof or go supernova. We can do it instead of screaming at each other! Yes! Aaw to the rescue! Pretty staggering, right? It is staggering! Aaw will prove a useful weapon if necessary.

We deserve this sort of unity. We deserve some degree of dweebiness. It can save a person.

If you are a lazy f%^&#%#$$ who doesn't do their job or contribute to society, you do not deserve the kitten pictures and should grow the f$%$ up.

Ktxhbai (happen to like that word. it's cute)
