This is my response to the bulletin that I posted earlier about the May 1 walkout/strike/march thingy.
Upon deeper consideration and consultation with my personal adviser and my Mexican buddies, I am actually scared as hell about all of this. Perhaps not the first blow to the legs and eyes of the Beast, perhaps a non-inclusive, selfish, and needlessly self-exposing, yet brave act. Maybe all this will blow up in their faces, motivating the xenophobes we live amongst. My point of focus about this is that I am desperate to see any large group (let alone one with which I identify somewhat) stand up and if not eloquently, then unequivocally flip the glorious bird to the Beast. Being snared in the last melee made me choke up with adamant pride and I want it again...
